NID in itself is a highly reputed organisation and I believe if you step into any organisation to work as a graphic designer won't fetch you a growth rate faster enough to showcase your talent as experienced in an institute like NID because the industry is currently undergoing a bit of its recession period. Therefore, it would be really best that you step into NID course first and avail a wonderful job opportunity without having wasted your time to cope up with present IT circumstances.

But, from my opinion you should opt for government colleges in both the cities Jaipur and Pune.

Hi Ajay Mishra,
Below are the highlights:
1. Choose the best of your works that show CREATIVITY.
2. Keep your work in a good presentation style
3. Remember to speak a little for the work as to how you came across doing it.
4. Be very truthful about your work.
5. You can choose to carry along other works that you do not wish to present, and do not give over emphasis on your work.
All the best!

NID has its own entrance exam. There are coaching centers like BRDS, who provide sample papers. Once you clear entrance, the interview is held by a team of 5 to 6 Jury members.
