The prelims exam of RBI is conducted in four shifts while the Mains exam is conducted in two shifts. The details of the shifts have been given below. The candidates have to reach the exam centre before reporting to enter the exam hall. Check out the details of the RBI exam shifts

You should start your preparation for various RBI exams prior to the release of notification. The early preparation will help the candidates to perform well in the RBI exam. The candidates need to cover all the topics in the syllabus. Preparing early will help the candidates to grasp knowledge and get a better understanding of the exam. Candidates must take various measures like practicing mock tests, previous year's question etc. To take out their best in the exam.

The prelims exam of RBI Assistant is conducted at more than 160 cities and the Mains exam is held in around 100 cities. Candidates are required to choose one exam city each for prelims and Mains exam.The exam centre once selected cannot be changed later. Candidates should choose the exam city carefully while filling the application form. The details related to the exam centres are mentioned on the admit card.

No, candidates are not required to send the hard copy of the application form to RBI. However, candidates should take the printout of the application form and fee payment receipt. Candidates should keep the documents safe till the completion of the recruitment process. Candidates should apply online only. If the online transaction is not completed successfully then candidates are advised to login again with their provisional registration number and password to pay the fees while filling RBI Assistant application form. No, candidates are not allowed to change the details entered in RBI Assistant application form after final submission. If candidates want to make changes in the application form, they should do it within the prescribed registration deadline. RBI Assistant application form should be filled online only.
