RBI Grade B

Any graduate candidates between 21 and 30 years can apply for RBI Grade B exam. Relaxation in the upper age limit is provided to candidates belonging to the reserved categories.Candidates must be a graduate in any discipline or have equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 60 per cent marks (50 per cent for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) or postgraduation in any discipline/equivalent technical or professional qualification with minimum 55 per cent marks (pass marks for SC/ST/PwBD applicants) in aggregate of all semesters/years. The educational qualification vary as per the department. Candidates belonging to General Category/EWSs who have appeared six times for phase 1 exam for this in the past are not eligible to apply. There is no restriction for candidates belonging to SC/ST/OBC/PwBD categories.

In the case of multiple applications, only the latest submitted RBI Grade B application with complete details is considered. The fee paid for the previous application will not be refunded. The examination authority will consider the latest submitted application for the exam. Applicants need to submit their application forms online. The details entered in the RBI Grade B application form cannot be changed after final submission. Therefore, candidates are advised to check the details carefully before final submission. Candidates can edit the details if any while previewing the application form. The application form of RBI Grade B can be filled online only. The application fee can be paid online. The application fee is INR 850 for General/OBC categories and INR 100 for SC/ST/PwDB candidates. The admit card will be issued to all the registered candidates. The admit card is issued based on the details entered in the application form. Candidates are not required to send the hard copy of the application form.

Yes, the interview is conducted for all the posts. Candidates for the interview are selected based on their marks in Phase-II, Paper-II, and Paper-III marks. Candidates selected for the interview are also required to appear for the Psychometric Test. The marks obtained in the Psychometric Test will not be considered for final selection. Candidates can appear for Interview either in Hindi or English. The interview carries 75 marks. The marks obtained in interview are calculated for the final merit list. During interview, candidates are judged on the basis of their knowledge and personality. Questions in interview are asked from various topics such as current affairs, banking related topics, etc.

RBI Grade B Phase 2 admit card 2023 was released on July 24. RBI Grade B Phase 1 admit card 2023 was released on June 29, 2023. The admit card is released separately for prelims, Mains and interview. To download the admit card, candidates need to enter registration number or roll number and date or birth or password.
