The eligibility criteria to take part in this course is that the candidate should have successfully completed 10 +2/HSC/Graduates from any recognized board conducted by Govt. of India in any combination or any other recognized equivalent examination.

You will be issued an SPL by the flying club after some hours of ground classes and an internal exam. Thereafter you shall become eligible to start flying training.
Its very simple logic SPL - PPL - CPL.
YOU CAN SKIP PPL AS IN ANY CASE YOU ARE ASPIRING FOR A HIGHER LICENSE, WHICH WILL ALLOW YOU MORE PRIVILEGES THAN PPL.
