Hi,
The Department of Biochemistry of Daulat Ram college offers a BSc (Hons) course which is unique to only a few colleges in India. This unique course, covers areas in basic Biochemistry such as biomolecules, enzymology and intermediary metabolism as well as advanced areas in Biology such as cell biology, physiology, immunology, molecular biology, genetics and recombinant DNA technology. The department has well equipped laboratories wherein all modern biology experiments can be conducted.Duration of the Course is three years.

Hi there, The scholarship criteria depends on colleges and it varies from college to college, most of the times the college keep some percentage criteria for students to get a scholarship. Hope you got your answer.

As you talk of finance, you don't need to worry about that, you can manage to gain scholarship so that you can go for B.Tech because to move to ISRO you need a platform which you can get through your college. You'll get greater exposure also as doing graduation doesn't mean you go for jobs.
