For FIITJEE AITS, the paper is sometimes 60% out of syllabus and the ranks predicted by them are sometimes very demoralizing. My average JEE Mains score in FIITJEE AITS was 50/360, while I got 169/360 in the actual exam.
For Resonance, tests paper is a bit tough than the actual one, but is properly set and considering the pressure in competitive exams, it almost accurately predicts your final score (still not rank).
So, in my opinion, you should consider following things in mind before choosing a test series (in descending order of importance):
Level of Difficulty: Not easy and not very difficult (a bit difficult is perfect).

It depends that which tuition you have joined. If you have joined a good tuition, then you don't need these things unless you go for it.

Hello Antarip,
Well, both are reputed coachings of India so you can take distance material from any of them, however considering more accurate and straight towards JEE Mains and advanced questions prefer resonance materials.

Hello Utkarsh Diwakar,
Don't worry, there are no such criteria. If you have a low score in RESONET you will just be put into a lower batch. You can always come to a higher batch on the basis of your marks in CTs, PTs and MTs. There is no such thing that Resonance doesn't take students with low RESOnet marks.
Hope this helps! All the best!
