One option would be a Master of Business Administration programme with a specialisation in retail management. Online MBA programmes often take about two years to complete, though some schools also offer accelerated programmes. It is possible to find a fully online MBA programme, but many programs require online students to complete one or more on-campus residencies.
Master's degree programmes in retail management or merchandising are also available online, though they often include fewer management courses than the MBA programmes. Merchandising programmes can also be completed in about two years and include courses in consumer behaviour, strategic planning and financial merchandising.
These programmes, typically, require applicants to have a Bachelor's degree in the related field. Students must also submit GMAT scores and meet the minimum GPA requirements.
