Hi,
The candidates with retail management can start career in client communication, sales, management and administrative services. The average package offered was around Rs.6 LPA to Rs.7 LPA.

Unfortunately, jobs in retail management are more of store manager profile where you might need to work also on the weekends with low industry pay standard. So, it is not worth going after it.

ROI wise, it's not a great investment as there are colleges which offer the same course which is much cheaper along with better placements, but ITM is a good brand, overall.

More than the finances what matters is to have the right skills and training for any specializations. In India, there are no research backed reports on future employment except one by ASSOCHAM, according to which only 7% of MBAs are employable as they lack soft skills.
