Hello,
As you were not able to get into a job of your field directly, B.Tech or BE is the only option for you. Only on pursuing this course, you can try your luck again in your field. If you are not interested in Engineering, then you can still continue to look for on field jobs while continuing with your current job.
All the best.

Hi,
More than the finances what matters is to have the right skills and training for any specializations. In India, there are no research backed reports on future employment except one by ASSOCHAM, according to which only 7% of MBAs are employable as they lack soft skills. So, match up your skill sets and personality to choose a specialization.

Retail management is sub specialization of marketing. Normally, MBA colleges offer specializations like marketing, finance, HR and other areas. Retail management comes under marketing including selling of products, logistics and supply chain management, etc. There is no rule that marketing specialization should not come under retail sector. Therefore, be broad while opting for the specialization.
