After BBA Retail Management you can do job in retail companies (malls, supermarkets, movie theatres, and hypermarkets) as floor supervisor, floor executive, sales supervisor etc) . After few years experience, you can grow as marketing manager. Experienced Retail professional are also hired by e-Commerce and ITES ( for Tele-marketing) companies. You can also do MBA to enhance your career.

For business management go for mba or any entrepreneurial course. To set up a business it is important to research about the areas first so explore the electronics/ paints market well and then take a plunge.

Bologna Business School is by far the best. You will mostly find fashion retail management courses, you may also look at Milan Fashion Institute.

highest package for rm is around 15 lpa lowest being 5 lpa and average being 6.5 - 7 lpa. Around 90 % students are placed from the batch 2014 - 16.
