Hi Vibhu,
Full time mode is the best mode to study any of the courses. Whether it is retail management course or other. But this is ideal for professionals who do not want to quit their regular job and still want to add on to their qualifications. Freshers who are starting off in the industry can also benefit from this. With technological advancement, distance learning can be your first choice of study. Depending on the candidate's profile, the kind of opportunities will almost be similar as regular MBA.

The selection process in B-schools is generally based on:
- Past academic record
- Scores in management entrance tests
- Performance in Group Discussion
- Performance in Personal Interview
