A number of business schools offer specialised MBAs in Supply Chain Management, as well as related MBA specializations in Logistics and Operations. The field of Supply Chain Management is a dynamic one, with globalization and big data affecting many processes, operations, and workflows. The course can be pursued after successful completion of graduation from a recognised university, with a minimum aggregate score of 45%, or equivalent qualification. Top Institutes offering MBA in Logistics and Supply Chain Management course are:
Lovely Professional University, Jalandhar
DIT University, Dehradun
Chitkara

I would suggest you first work in any Export House / Buying house. You will understand the industry well. Doing a course in Garment Export & Merchandising Management Course won't help. Your Diploma in Fashion Designing will fetch you a good Job as Merchandiser in Export House or Buying House. Thank you.

You have completed graduation in retails and logistics, so you must already know how much this degree is in demand and what are the career aspects of it. On the other hand, MBA is widely accepted and reliable career and in India managers get sky high packages. My suggestion would be to prepare for the CAT exam and do MBA.

Your query is not really clear in the question, please reframe the question, and ask again. Also, mention the course specifically and colleges that you are talking about. All the best.
