Hi,
I would suggest you first work in any Export House / Buying house. You will understand the industry well. Doing a course in Garment Export & Merchandising Management Course won't help. Your Diploma in Fashion Designing will fetch you a good Job as Merchandiser in Export House or Buying House. Thank you.

You can do both, distant learning and certificate course. Certificate course will help you in enhancing your skills and a degree through distant learning will help in improving your educational qualification. Now it depends on you how you will manage your till and how you will do it. But, I would suggest you to do certificate course first because that'll help you in learning new skills and enhance your experience.

Hello,
You have completed graduation in retails and logistics, so you must already know how much this degree is in demand and what are the career aspects of it. On the other hand, MBA is widely accepted and reliable career and in India managers get sky high packages. My suggestion would be to prepare for the CAT exam and do MBA.
