Generally, after BBA most people opt for MBA for better job prospects, however there is no compulsion. You can even try for jobs, or go with your passion. MBA will definitely help in the future though.

Yes, definitely you can do MBA in logistics and supply chain even without an experience. Since you are an engineer, it will be easier for you to cope up with the course.

Your salary is depend on the work which is assigned to you, or it is depend on your skills. The person can tell you the salary on the basis of his own assumptions the company is paying to you the same amount is not much as possible. So, work hard without thinking of salary you are going to earned.

Supply chain and logistics is a very demanding career with good pay in Canada and many countries. You must however see the immigration website and check if this field is listed in demand for foreign students. You can check University of Windsor and Concordia University.
