The Regional Institutes of Education (Rides) located in Ajmer, Bhopal, Bhubaneswar and Mysore cater to the educational needs (pre-service and inservice education) of teachers/teacher educators in the States and UTs under their jurisdiction. Yes, you can get a B.Ed. Degree from the Regional Institute of Education after doing a B.Com. As per the eligibility criteria for RIE, you need to have a graduate degree to apply for admission. The RIE has not specified which Bachelor's degree you need, and you can apply for a B.Ed. Course with any Bachelor's degree. The admission process is conducted online based on your graduation score, so you need to have more than 50% in your degree.

+2/Senior Secondary / Higher Secondary or Equivalent in Science (PCM/PCB) with at least 50% marks in aggregate of qualifying examination (relaxation of 5% marks for SC/ ST/PwD candidates). The candidates who have passed this examination in 2017, 2018 or appearing /appeared in 2019 are only eligible.

No, there is no more list because all the seats are completely filled. If your rank is 9 then you name should be in main list. And if you missed your main list counselling then your seat had been given to any other candidate of waiting list. I am studying in RIE and according to my knowledge all the seats have been filled. Last year, three to four lists were released. But this time I think no other list is going to be released.

Eligibility criteria of B.Sc. B.Ed. 4 Years (8Semesters) course of RIE Bhopal :
a) Candidate must have passed higher secondary/senior secondary or equivalent examination in the current year with at least 50% marks in aggregate (Relaxation of 5% for ST/SC Candidates)
b) Candidates must have passed in the following subjects:
i) Physics, Chemistry & Mathematics
OR
ii) Physics, Chemistry & Biology
Admission criteria : Through CEE (Common Entrance Examination), candidates will get opportunity to get admission in B.Sc. B.Ed. in any of RIE Ajmer, Bhubaneswar, Bhopal, Mysore based on state of eligibility.
So you need to give Common Entrance Exam for
