Yes, you can apply.
Eligibility for B.Ed:
At least 50% percent marks either in the Bachelor's degree and/or in the Master's degree in Sciences/Social Sciences/Commerce/Humanity. Bachelors in Engineering or Technology with specialisation in Science and Mathematics with 55% marks or any other qualification equivalent thereto.

No, you need to apply separately for both of the courses. If you want to go for B.Sc, B.Ed, then apply for that only. If you are interested in M.Sc Ed from Mysore, then you should go for this only. Applying at two places is just a waste of money. Best of luck.

For B.Ed, there are total 64 semesters. In 1st semester, it is a common syllabus for all. In second semester, you have to select 2 methods. It maybe physical Science and mathematics. And other 2 subjects will be common as other students.
