Hi,
RIIM follows a different pattern when it comes to the interview.
Sometimes they keep a GD-PI-WAT rounds in your own city if there are too many applicants, to select the best one's and the deserving one's from the crowd.
Otherwise, if there are less number of applications, they will conduct the telephonic interview as 1st round and the 2nd round is a Skype video call interview.
The faculties ask questions and they judge you on your confidence level, knowledge, extra curriculars, communication, participation in different events and function, your domain knowledge, knowledge on current affairs, news and media related questions, general kn

IM Pune is a great learning experience in a budget of 4 to 6lacs. If you can afford a budget of 10 to 12 lacs, then you can also go for ISBM, and when it comes to placements then both RIIM and ISBM provides same opportunities whereas RIIM Pune has the lowest fees and so it gives the best ROI. Number of seats are almost the same.
Even Academics wise, RIIM provides quality education and also balances the corporate exposure with academics. Which helps the students during placements. Also no college in Pune provides you extra certifications which RIIM Pune does. So in comparison, I would suggest RIIM Pune for your PG course.
