I personally never had a phone during my coaching years, and I am grateful for that decision. Studying things that you want to learn in the morning and the things that you want to revise in the evening is ideal. Frequent small breaks, not on the phone or laptop but outside or with your family, it's a must. Make sure to be comfortable at your seat and not study on the Bed as it's just a precedent to sleep. All the best.

For preparation, Biology should take majority of your day, 2-3 hours minimum for ncert revision. For Chemistry and Physics less time should be taken on learning new stuff and more time on practicing questions.
200 questions a day for Biology and 50 each for Physics and Chemistry a day. During the exam itself, it is recommended that 45 minutes max for 90 bio questions, 1 hour for Chemistry and 1.15 hour for Physics.

I think this will really help you. If you want to score 95 percentile, it's important to score more in Chemistry and Physics. So, try to grab all the topics like NLM, chemical bonding, hydrocarbon, Metals, Thermodynamics moles, Modern Physics. Waves and sound, chemical kinetics, Semiconductor, Current Electricity Capacitors, Alternating Current and Wave Optics Error in Measurement.

The majority of the day should be dealt with revising Biology its the most vast and requires revision daily. Physics and Chemistry must be dealt with by understanding the concept and its more of concept building rather than cramming. Practicing questions is a must.
200 questions a day of Biology (ncert level)
50 questions each of chem and phy.

Divide your topics into the one you are sure of, the ones you need to revise, and then ones you need to learn again. The first category just revise once in every three days. The second, once every day. The third should be solidified. Keep arranging your topics accordingly.

The questions should be attempted in 2 rounds in which you attempt all the questions you are sure of, and the rest when you come back and ponder upon them according to the time you have left. It should take around 2 hours for the first round.

Focusing on NCERT for Biology is a must. Every word of every line should be read multiple times, including diagrammatic text. Physics is all about practice, the more questions you do, the better you get. Chemistry is based on understanding. I recommend a 200/50/50 rule, 200 questions of Biology and 50 questions each of Physics and Chemistry each day.
