There is scholorship available at VELS institute. It is known as fees slab and every student is placed into a slab with respect to his/her performance in the entrance exam. The admission procedure differs with countries and also universities. Your budget is low, so you can check universities in Germany but they are too competitive. You must take IELTS, GATE or GRE. You must also check education loan options or you will hardly find any options.
