To study in USA, you must take the SAT or the ACT, it is a standardized test for admissions to US colleges. You must also take the TOEFL to meet the English language requirements. MIT is one of the most competitive universities in the world, to get admitted to MIT you have to be extraordinary. Not only you must excel in your academics you must be brilliant in extracurricular activities, research work, etc. To apply you must take the SAT or ACT and TOEFL. Read the admission requirements page of MIT and check the students they admit. Prepare your profile accordingly.

You can check National University of Singapore, Nanyang Technological University, MIT, Caltech, Virginia Tech, Georgia Tech, Carnegie Mellon, TU Dortmund University, TU Munich to name a few. Admissions will depend on the university and also if you want to study Bachelors or Masters. The only common factor is that you must be academically very strong.
