Firstly, It is a university of national importance for pursuing PG and UG courses in the field of Engineering and Science. The AKTU is approved by University Grants Commission (UGC) and All India Council for Technical Education (AICTE). With 592 institute affiliated to it (including gov. and private both)
Now coming to robotics you have to find a college which provide a great excellence in the sector of Electrical/Electric in addition to these you have to build a great intuition of Mathematics, Computer Science and Mechanical related stuff which is essential for the career in robotics.

B.Sc. Courses are not available in Nanotechnology with Robotics. However B.Tech courses can be done from some Engineering Colleges but these colleges needs PCM at 12th level. Hence you can not do the asked course on the basis of 12th with BIPC.

There is no college available for Diploma in robotic Science in India. So Its better to do Diploma in computer Science. This course will provide you best placement and job opportunities. Further this will helpful in pursuing the lateral B.Tech course also.

Generally admission in IPU for B.Tech courses are based on ranks obtained in JEE Main. Hence ranks obtained in IPU CET for BCA will not be considered for B.Tech admissions. So you can not pursue B.Tech courses on the basis of IPU CET BCA rank.
