Royal Holloway University of London England accepts international applications through the UCAS Portal for UG courses and Royal Holloway Applicant Portal for PG courses. Once a candidate has applied to the university and submitted all the required documents, it takes the university about 4 - 6 weeks to evaluate applications and send out the admission offers. Yes, students applying for bachelor's courses must pay the Royal Holloway London application fee when applying through UCAS.
