The eligibility criteria for RRB Group D exam need the candidates to have a distance vision of 6/9, 6/12 with or without glasses and the power of lenses should not exceed 4D.Hence, you can apply for RRB Group D exam as your eyesight of -3.5 is within this range limit. It is also important to note that this is just one of the medical requirements for the exam and there are other requirements as well.
