The RRB NTPC syllabus can be possibly completed in four months with the right approach. It does not really matter how many hours do you study, what matters is how much knowledge you gain. A focused study of one to two hours daily will definitely help you in achieving your goals. Candidates must familiarise themselves with the exam pattern and syllabus. The last RRB NTPC exam was moderate in terms of difficulty level. The General Awareness section was moderate, while General Intelligence and Reasoning sections were easy. The overall difficulty level of the Mathematics section was easy to moderate. RRB NTPC exam is held for 90 minutes for general candidates while 120 minutes is given for PwBD candidates. The standard of RRB NTPC syllabus has been basically based on Class 10, 12, and graduation levels.

 RRB NTPC eligibility is different for graduate and undergraduate posts. RRB NTPC educational qualification for graduate-level posts is graduation from a recognised university. The educational qualification for undergraduate-level posts is Class 12 pass. For undergraduate posts, the RRB NTPC age limit is 18 to 30 years, whereas the age limit for graduate-level posts is 18 to 33 years. Relaxation in the upper age limit is given to candidates belonging to reserved categories. Yes, there is a negative marking in the RRB NTPC exam. 1/3 of the marks are deducted for wrong answers. For the correct answer, candidates score one mark. The total marks of the exam are calculated based on the number of correct and incorrect answers.How to Calculate RRB NTPC ScoresFor every correct answer, candidates receive one mark.For every incorrect answer, a penalty of 0.25 marks is applied.The total score is determined by subtracting the penalty for wrong answers from the total marks obtained for correct answers.
