Yes you can work part-time while pursuing your studies in Russia. Please note that the universities hardly assist in finding part time jobs and knowledge of Russian language is beneficial. For job information you may refer to www.hh.ru and wwww.suerjob.ru ;

Options are plenty. If you consider quality and affordability then Russia is a good option.
Your career scope is the same as a doctor in India has. Its good. It is not dependent on the country you study from. Irrespective of Russia, Ukraine or Philippines, you need to appear for MCI test to get registration.
After that you can take up internship at any hospital in India.
Ensure you select a good university in Russia.

Due to limited number of seats for MBBS in India, lot of Indian students are moving abroad to study MBBS.
Out of all the countries available, Russia is one of the best. It was one of the first country which opened its doors to Indians for affordable education.
1. Medical Education in Russia is under government, hence all medical colleges are government colleges.
2. The tuition fee and cost of living is affordable.
3. The universities are WHO listed hence qualification is recognized by Medical Council of India (MCI) and by medical councils in other countries.
