In R.V Institute of management, the best fest is Sambharam in which technology fest, cultural activities and many happen.Cultural events are an integral part of college life, and it is likely that R.V Institute of Management organizes various cultural events throughout the year to promote creativity, talent, and cultural diversity among its students.The Cultural Committee and Event Management Club at R.V Institute of Legal Studies are responsible for organizing intra and inter-collegiate cultural events. Additionally, there are mentions of cultural events and programs organized by R.V Institute of Management, such as the BGS event, which provided an opportunity to learn about various aspects of culture and the system of the nation. 

The college offers management seats, which can be obtained through KCET, COMEDK, JEE, and management quota.The admission process includes a written test, group discussion/extempore, and personal interview.For management quota seats, candidates have to appear for the selection process conducted by the institute.50% of the seats are filled based on marks scored in the PGCET exam for government quota seats.The remaining 50% of seats are filled through management quota, and exams such as MAT, PGCET, ATMA, KMAT, CAT, and CMAT are accepted for admission.The final selection is based on a candidate's performance in the written test, group discussion, and personal interview conducted by the institute.
