This is one of the most prestigious university in Germany especially for automotive programme. You need to have very good aggregate in Bachelors with not more than 5 backlogs. You need to appear for IELTS and also GRE as required by the university. Even if it is optional, it is considered in your profile by the admission officer and pay good weight age to get admission into it.

1. University Entrance Qualification Certificate. In order to apply for a Bachelor programme, you will first need a university entrance qualification certificate. 2. Proof of Language Skills. RWTH Aachen currently only offers Bachelor courses of study in German. 3. Complete Application On Time.

Some of the courses are taught in English only. But, at the time of admission they may ask you about the German language certificate with minimum A2 level, better to learn German, it may help you to do part time jobs also. Hope my answer will helps you. Thank you.

Need to give GRE exam.
It is not mandatory but would be recommended if you clear at least the first level, if German proficiency language test.
German universities are purely academic based university, you need to have an excellent score above 65 percent.
