It all depends on your test scores and the scores that you've got in your last college/university attended. All this will decide if you will be selected or not. Check on the website and apply.

You can try for the government Universities like TU Berlin, FU Berlin, Humboldt Berlin, TU Munich, etc. These will accept the scores and do check for your course through the website.

Your CGPA is impressive. The main thing here is your project. Publish the papers and make an amazing project it will maximize your chances of admission so focus on that. Else, everyone will tell you the GRE and TOEFL.

It depends on the merit list. Germany has various public fund universities and because of that, the competition is very humongous. Try to register for as many universities as you can so your chances are high for getting the admission.

Hi,
Since RWTH Aachen is one of the most competitive universities, you are expected to have at least 80% in your Bachelor's degree. No GRE or GMAT is required. Overall, you will require a research oriented profile. For fee and other requirements please check the university website and also the DAAD website. Typically, it is almost free and a minor semester fee is charged. You may also check here:

Hello Nakul,
Recommended GPA is 3 out of 5. The higher your grades the better the chances of admissions. Admitted students have percentile score of around 85 and above.

A very hard one to answer. I don't think even the RWTH admission officials will answer your question as selection criteria are strictly confidential. RWTH Aachen is one of the top TU9 universities in Germany and very tough to get into. Your arrear is a weak link but a good application packet may prove lucky. A CGPA of around 9.2 and higher could have been much better. You should still applythough.
Best wishes.

Hi Vivek,
You have a very good profile and the chances are very high. I will also advice you to learn German language. Though, it is not compulsory for MS students, but it is highly recommended. You must also take the IELTS exam. Your internship and project work, reference letters from teachers, statement of interest will be very important. You can refer to the DAAD website for admissions process.
