I am afraid, there is no light at the end of tunnel. Like almost all states in India, eligibility criteria for admission into Engineering Colleges in TN is restricted to those domiciled in that state. This is particularly true for government or government aided colleges. The college that you mentioned falls in this category. I am attaching a link that will give you all the required information.

Eligibility for HSC (+2) Candidates for UG programmes (BE/B.Tech)-
Candidates should have passed the HSC examination of the State Board of Higher Secondary Education of Tamil Nadu or any other equivalent examination as approved by Anna University, Chennai.
Candidates should have obtained marks as prescribed below:
OC- 50%
BC- 45%
MBC/DNC- 40%
SC/ST/NRI- 35%

The fee structure for BE computer science engineering is around 40000-50000 per annum (tuition fees). If you require bus facilities, then you need to pay an additional fees of 30000-40000.
