Submission of Documents:   Upon submitting the online application form and selecting Churchgate as the center, take a hard copy of the online form. Attach photocopies of your final year B.A. marksheets (semester 5 & 6) and submit them to the Department Office.3. Google Form Link:   Eligible candidates will receive a Google form link via email, sent to the addresses provided during registration.
