If you are from a reserved category, then yes, you can apply for admission here but if not, you are not eligible. Minimum eligibility for admission in PG courses is 50% in Bachelors degree in relevant subject.

To pursue distance MBA one needs to be a working professional & with a work experience of minimum 3 years. You can pursue MBA in the area in which you work or are keen on building a career in. You could also explore Executive MBA as it is more appropriate and of a much shorter duration.

This would depend on your interest areas and career aspirations. In case you intend to pursue a career in Technical / research / academics area then M.Sc is better, However if you want to move into general management the MBA is better.
