If you wish to pursue Ph.D. in management, you need the meet below mention criteria:
1. Qualified post-graduation degree or M.Phil. Degree with a minimum aggregate of 55% marks and above from a recognised university listed under UGC/AIU are eligible for admission to the programme.
2. Applicants are supposed to clear the UGC NET examination held at entry level to the programme.
3. Some reputed colleges and universities will also hold Group Discussion and Personal Interview.

Hello! At that CAT score, it is impossible to get a good college anywhere in India since the cutoff of all such colleges is generally 80+ percentile. I'd suggest you reappear for CAT and/or other exams and score high.

Both Business schools are good option. If you are comparing with WE Mumbai campus, then WE is better option but you are comparing with WE Bangalore campus so N L Dalmia is better on terms of ROI. N L Dalmia has lower fees and better ROI.
