As you have done your PGDM in marketing, and have a good work experience, it would be better for you if you prefer Business Analytics. This stream will really boost your career a lot, because it has a great future worldwide. By preferring this, you can add your experience to it because this field is used everywhere in finance, marketing etc.

As far as my knowledge, I suggest you to don't prefer any online courses because they don't add much value to your career, it will be good if you take a complete course and have a Masters certification. Regular PGDM will be good. And marketing will be obviously good in terms of placements and everything, because this is one which every company requires.

Usually, colleges decide their candidate based on merit. So whether you will be admitted or not depend on who else has applied. But with 80%, you should get marketing Hons at some college. Look for the best while keeping an eye on competition. All the best.

Hi,
Yes, what you are thinking is right. You can pursue marketing management at MBA. As you are doing hotel management, hospitality sector is great for targeting. You can find several opportunities for marketing in 3/5 star hotels. Also, hotel chains need good marketing hand for higher positions.
All the best.
