XIME has excellent placements with respective to marketing. Almost 95% students get placed with more than the average package of around 6-7 LPA. Placements in HR are decent but it all depends on the market as well. But they do get good companies with good roles. That should be your concern and not the package as of now.

Dear Friend,
This year, I am also going to join for MBA & my preferred location is also Pune. So, for this reason, I made a strong research on the colleges of Pune. As per my research MIT-
1. Ranking is not good at all though it is a old one.
2. Placement is not good as I did some research on LinkedIn. I saw there that some of the students of current batch are still searching for jobs. So, it is clear that the placement is not good enough.
3. Training pedagogy is also same as many of the colleges. My suggestion is please talk with the current & old students and took reviews from them by chatting/calling directly. As per my research if

First of all, choosing any specialisation, of course, affects your career in positive or negative manner. Let's discuss in short about each course:
HR: Recruitment process, salary discussion, company laws, etc.
Marketing: You need to present yourself, or a product or your firm and generate the revenue.
Finance: It includes the accounting of the firm like credit, debit, funds, investments, etc. If you get a scenario of the given above then you already get to know the difference it creates in your career.
Every firm requires all the above three people.

As per your interest, Finance and HR both are good specialisation. By the way, HR (Human resources) do have more tendency to grab maximum job opportunities after MBA. This is a really unique field. MBA is a post-graduation course through which you can get the best jobs in MNCs.
