First, you decide what kind of work you are planning to do and then choose what to study not vice versa. It's up to you what courses you can study. You already have an MBA so it will make admissions difficult. If you gain some work experience now it will be better for you to apply thereafter.

CS is a hard core stuff. Clearing CS final means you have the advanced level of knowledge in Finance, Accounts, Law, Taxation etc. Now, this equips you better to understand any scenario in business that hits the balance sheet.
