Hi Sanjana,
First, you decide what kind of work you are planning to do and then choose what to study not vice versa. It's up to you what courses you can study. You already have an MBA so it will make admissions difficult. If you gain some work experience now it will be better for you to apply thereafter.

It depends on your efforts and skills. There is nothing an introvert cannot do. Given you work hard and have/develop required qualities, can do whatever you want. If you have interest in something and determination to do it, you can always do it. The skills can be developed. Just work hard.
