Marketing is a field where you get to sell your product to the customer and HR is completely different, where you have to organize your human resource. Both HR and Marketing have good and equal scope, if one has the required skill sets. HR guys are dynamic, they learn the business process, understand it, work on it for bringing the best candidates as per the business requirements and bring value to HR initiatives. Yes, IMT Nagpur is good for finance specialization. The Finance department has one of the best faculty members who have an experience of about 25 years in industry and have passed professional qualifications like CA FRM etc. Also, there are companies like CRISIL, VERITY, HDFC BANK, ICICI LOMBARD, TATA AIG, KOTAK MAHINDRA BANK and YES BANK, who have visited the campus for final placements offering around INR 7.5 Lacs pa.

Hi Shubham, there is no specific cut off as such for admission. Selection is purely depends on various parameters like GDPI, work experience along with entrance exams scores.
