Placements in marketing is remarkable even HR has gained good numbers in terms of package.

It is hard to decide what to study after an MBA and work experience. The better option is to pursue another MBA with a specialisation of your interest and for your career growth. You should question yourself why Europe and why another course, in what ways doing another course will help you? You have to narrow down your choices and preferences and decide accordingly. One may also be interested to do a Ph.D. in marketing and get actively involved in research and academic work in this area. It completely depends on you what you want to study and why.

If you have 99 percentile, try tier I PUMBA (government), SIMSREE (government), XIME-Blore, Great Lakes- Chennai. If you are good enough as a salesman, then choose MBA marketing, as in maximum case the core marketing profile is not available in average MAT colleges. So, they provide the sales profile of business development manager, relationship manager, corporate sales, retail sales, credit sales etc. If you have CMAT score, try IMT-Nagpur and Hyderabad for sales. Hi Chinmoyee, placements for marketing and HR are good in PUMBA. We have many companies for final placements as well as summer internships in PUMBA for marketing. Also some good names for HR. All depends on your competency. This year placements are slow as it started in October but still the placement season will continue till March. Placements in marketing are better than HR.
