You need to improve your communication skills. You need to read more and more books, articles and try to interact with a large group of people. Interact with others in English. Communication and Marketing is all about English Communication, as you need to convince people and if they are not able to understand you than you can't do anything.

Hi, you have very good experience and I believe that is offline sales experience however today companies are looking also for online marketing. For you I would suggest digital marketing courses which will complete your marketing profile on both platforms. You can use your knowledge of offline sales for Performance evolution of online sales. You can do Google Analytics courses which are completely free on Google Academy.
