Hello Bhargav, marks vary each year and hence percentile is the right criteria to look up to. You should have at least around 95-96 percentile to be able to get into B.K. Average package for 2016-17 batch was Rs 4.98 lakh as already said by Monali.

As you already have experience in technical sales so you can go for distance MBA in marketing as it will help you in career growth but the regular course would be preferable as it will help you in getting better opportunities and faster growth as compared to distance education. Also, you have an option for E-MBA.

It will depend on your interest areas and inherent strengths as a person.
If you are an outspoken person and like being outdoors meeting people then marketing should be preferred & if you are good in accounts then choose accounts & also explore CA.
If you like computers then it is better to pursue BCA.
