Yes, Sambalpur University does refund fees in certain circumstances. The university mentions that fees once deposited shall not be refunded in any circumstance except caution money. The one-time caution money is refundable online after completion of the course. Every student must open a Saving Bank Account in the State Bank of India to claim the caution money. If the caution money is not claimed within three years from the date of completion of the course, the claim for the amount shall automatically stand forfeited.
