As far as my knowledge is concerned, both courses are nice career growth, We can't say that sap is best and CCNA is best. So, I would like to suggest that find out your interest level what do you actually want to learn.

To be a SAP functional consultant in the given function, good knowledge of that management function is required. Therefore, MBA with specialisation such as HR, Marketing, Finance, etc., and then SAP is a better option. In fact, I am of the opinion that you must do SAP after gaining more than one year of functional experience after doing MBA.

SAP is the world's largest selling enterprise resources planning (ERP) software system. For the implementation of SAP, you require ABAB developers and functional consultants. If you want to make career in technical field, then you may learn ABAB and opt for certification courses. In case you want to be a functional specialist, you can do one of more functional module certification. SAP professionals are paid above normal developers and business analysts. With SAP certifications, you can join IT companies or IT department of various business enterprises.

You may not get any value by doing SAP FICO immediately after SAP SD. You must first gain experience and consolidate your learning on SAP SD before you plan next course and certification.

Yes you can get a Job, But SAP FICO is for Cost Accounting and Finance, Your background is from BBM, A Slight Mismatch.
You can Rather Do SAP Course in Sales and Development.
Expected salary vshould be around 4-6lacs per annum.

SAP has biggest share in ERP market in India. Even Small & Medium Enterprises are using ERP now. SAP professionals have good job opportunities. You may do SAP certification from a SAP training partner. Siemens is a good option for SAP training.
