SAP is the world's largest selling Enterprise Resources Planning (ERP) software system. For implementation of SAP, you require ABAB developers and functional consultants. If you want to make career in Technical then you may learn ABAB and do certifications. In case you want to be a functional specialist, you can do one of more functional module certification. SAP professionals are paid above normal developers and Business Analysts. With SAP certifications you can join IT companies or IT department of business enterprises. There are still gaps in requirement of SAP professional and availability, therefore, SAP is a good career option.

A nursing graduate is not sufficient for SAP certification. You can join SAP training but SAP modules are use to optimise business means, so join some professional programs then go for sap certification.
SAP certification is highly paid certification program so choose sap module wisely.

According to me, SAS has more opportunities at freshers level, so you can get opportunities to work as a trainee with MNCs whereas in SAP it's a bit difficult to enter at freshers level. Secondly, it totally depends on your interest what kind of technology drives you more.

FICO consultants are one of the most sought after SAP consultants. If you want to stand out in market, then I would suggest you to get more knowledge on taxation and taxation laws. There is a sub module called CIN in SAP, which was designed and developed specifically for India and Indian scenarios.
If you have good knowledge of FICO modules, then it will get you an entry in any consultancy who implement SAP, but the competition is quite high. So, you should try to get your concepts of ledgers and taxation clear.
