As you currently don't have any domain experience in any area, you could choose any module and make a good career. Seeing you are a B.Tech grad, I would recommend technical modules for you like ABAP or HANA. If you looking for functional modules you could think of MM, SD and PP. I would not recommend FICO at present as you are not from finance side. There are other modules like EWM, SCM, APO. As far as institutes go depends upon what you want, if you want SAP Certification there are different ones and if only knowledge then there are others.

Dear Saurabh Kumar,
Yes, it is required and plenty of jobs are going to be available in the coming decade. But you should have original certification from the reputed institutes. Some organisations also expect some experience to provide positions.
All the best.

If you have a keen interest in the electronic circuits the pursuing SAP will be a wastage of time, energy and money. You should look for a job in a company which makes semiconductors.

All depends upon the module you take. Normally, the functional modules can be done in 80-90 hours of training and practical. Of-course with extra practice to be done at home. Timing is again something that you can decide upon.
