B.Ed is a comparitively lower grade degree as it is for undergraduation whereas M.Com (//M.Com) is a masters degree which you have already completed. YOu are very well eligible for B.Ed.
B.Ed course is 2 year course which you can pursue from any institute near you.
General eligibility criteria include:
The minimum qualification required for entry into B . Ed . course is Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Bachelor of Science ( B .Sc.) or Bachelor of Commerce ( B .Com.) form a recognised board/university with at least 50% marks.
However different uniersities have different eligibility criteria.

Candidates should have completed their 10+2 or equivalent examination from a recognised board. Candidates should have secured a minimum aggregate of 45% marks in the qualifying examination. However, the minimum percentage requirement may vary depending on the course and category of the candidate.
