An individual with 89% in Tamil Nadu +2 and above can compete at SASTRA University under Stream 2 for B.Tech courses. Stream 2 takes the aggregate in +2 normalized with the marks of students from the same board for the highest rank to fill the seats. In order to be admitted to Sastra University's BTech programme, applicants need to fulfil the following requirements: In their Class 12 exams, they had to have received at least a 60% overall in Physics, Mathematics, Chemistry, Biotechnology, Computer Science, or Biology from an accredited board.
