Both these are among the highly reputed institutions and top ranked too. They are known for their education, faculty and placements. In terms of placements, both are similar but I think Anna University is better than Sastra in terms of core companies that come for recruitment at Sastra University. Many IT companies come and recruit students a but few core companies will only come for placements. Also, you need to score well to get placed in those core companies.
