SASTRA University BTech admission criteria are divided into two streams and they are as mentioned below:Stream 1: JEE Mains + Class 12 marks (50% weightage given to each), for admission to 50% of the total seatsStream 2: Class 12 marks (100% weightage), for admission to the remaining 50%For 50% of the total seats, the University accepts JEE Main scores and for the rest of the seats, admission is done based on the merit secured by the candidate in the qualifying exam.Eligibility: Class 12 with Maths and Physics as compulsory subjects with either Chemistry / Bio-Technology / Computer Science / Biology, from a recognised board, and a minimum 60% aggregate.Applicants, without Maths, are eligible to apply for BTech- Biotechnology, Bioinformatics, Bioengineering, M.Tech (5 Yr Integrated)- Biotechnology, Medical NanotechnologySelection criteria: JEE Mains/ Merit-based

With such a percentile, candidates will not qualify for the counselling process and will not be eligible to appear for JEE Advanced examination. However the candidate may use the board exam scores to obtain a seat.

Your score is very good at intermediate board exams and also well at Jee Main, so you have a huge chance of getting a seat in SASTRA University at any campuses. Both JEE Main and 12th grade will be considered half half and according to your scores , you may get a seat in EE,MECH,CIVIL and other branches. So, I suggest you to apply for all the intrested branches with a list of priortirised order starting from CSE and your  choice goes . The number of applicants applying for a particular campus and particular branch will be taken into consideration and a list will be sorted as per the jee results and 12th board results and the both results will be merged and will prepare a short list on based crises. So, you had a big chance of getting a seat in SASTRA University at any campus of your choice. 

Jee Main result and 12th grade results will be taken into consideration equally by 50/100 each . ECE branch is the top most second branch in the SASTRA UNIVERSITY . According to your result, you may or may not get seat in the main campus ECE branch but you may get  seat in the other branches of SASTRA UNIVERSITY. The number of applicants and their results will be taken into consideration and no reservations will be taken into consideration and only AIR rank will be taken from JEE Mains and 12th grade result will be taken. As per your rank, you may better try also for some other branches in  SASTRA UNIVERSITY like EEE, MECH, CIVIL, BIOTECHNOLOGY. There is a oppurtunity for the studets in SASTRA is that, we can change our group/branch after the two sems/ one year as per  the percentage of the 1st year. Many students will take admissions and they gonna shift iin this way to their choiced branches in further. I hope, these may useful.
