Admissions are given as follows,
1) 70% of seats given by considering JEE percentile and +2 marks
2) 30% of seats by considering only +2 marks. As you meet the eligibility of SASTRA you'll get a chance in IT, it's more difficult to get CSE.
Anyway, try for this in counselling.
