Your chances are low to get a seat at Sastra University as your rank is very less. In the first round counselling, for stream 1, AIR till 2000 will be called and for stream 2, AIR till 778 will be called.
So, after that is any vacancy persists then only you may get a seat. But probably there will be no vacancies as there is a separate ranking of Tamil Nadu and the home district students. So even though their AIR is low they will get admission through home state quota.
So, you need to look for the seats available which will be updated on June 21 & 22 at www.sastra.edu

So you may get the courses you wish to but only 70% seats are being filled under stream 1 so that it depends on the no. of applicants and seats available.
As per your rank, there are medium chances to get EEE course.

You'll get going by last year stats - If it goes by it you might be able to get CSE/ECE. The rank you have secured is pretty good, so you might get in the branch you like.
Hope this helps!
All the best.

Check if SASTRA is in the list.
It shows accurate results.
After that, just go for the counseling of that college.
Best of luck for your future.
