There is no specific cut-off marks. It actually varies each year. It depends on the first marks of an applicant that is the highest score of a candidate.
Refer the following link for details about admissions:

All the best.

You have really good chances to get computer science engineering (CSE) with a score of 110 marks in JEE and 97.6% in boards. You have to apply through stream 1. Your marks will be converted into a percentile and the ranks will be put.
The website to apply is: www.sastra.edu and the last date is June 10th.
I think you can surely get CSE and also if any course you wish to opt as you have great score.

you have good chances only to get admission at Sastra University, Thanjavur.
You might also get ECE and mechanical. You need to apply through stream 2 if you have not appeared for JEE Mains exam.
Those who have appeared for JEE they can apply through stream 1 in stream 1, 70% seats are filled and in stream 2 30% seats are filled.
So, I think you can get admission through stream 2 as you have really good percentage. Your total percentage out of 100 is only considered and not your marks in main subjects like physics, chemistry and maths/biology
the official website to apply for sastra university is www.sastra.edu and the last

stream 1: JEE Main and board exam marks (70%).
stream 2: only board exam marks(30%).
If you apply under stream 1 ,then you need not apply separately for stream 2. If they wish to take you under stream 2, then they will put you under stream 2 and admit you.
But anyways you can get admission with your board exam percentage. Your marks will be converted into percentile like: for example, if you have got 50 marks in jee and 95% in boards then,
50(0.25)+95(0.75)=83.75.
In this way they will put you in a ran

As you have appeared for JEE main exam you should apply through stream 1. Your marks will be converted into percentile as follows: 97.7(0.75)+101(0.25)= 98.525.
In this way ranks will be put for stream 1 based on your score.
The last date is June 10 so apply as soon as possible. the website is www.sastra.edu.

Your marks in board exam and cutoff will not be considered only the overall percentage in your board exam will be considered.Your marks will be converted in to a percentile and then the ranks will be put. the last date is June 10 , so that probably they will release the rank list on that day .
for example , as you have got 71 in JEE and 91.1% in board exam , your percentile will be :
71(0.25)+91.1(0.75)=86.075. On this basis the ranks will

You have managed to get 85 out of 360 in JEE Mains. You also want to take admission in CS or IT. With marks you have, only possible chance is via management quota.
