As you've got great achievement having 90% in class 12. But your JEE score looks little bit low. For bio engineering in Sastra you may have a chance to get your seat. Admission to Sastra cutoff vary year to year.

You made no reference to the branch's priority. Apply to both streams 1 and 2 with your grades in order to receive a more advantageous branch. Take into consideration the lowest rank of streams 1 and 2. You can thus go on the desired counselling day.

Admission to all programs offered by Sastra University are strictly based on merit. The university has 1500 plus seats. Admission to B.Tech/5 year integrated M.Tech programs are conducted under 2 streams. Stream 1 (based on JEE Mains score and 12th Marks) for 70 percent of seats. Stream 2 (based on 12th marks) for 30 percent of seats. Candidates can visit the official website of the university, apply online and pay the application fee.

The cutoff for B.Tech. in Electronics and Communication Engineering at SASTRA University varies from year to year. The following are the cutoffs for the last three years:

To get admission to SASTRA University for B.Tech programmes, applicants must meet the SASTRA University JEE Main cutoff 2023. JEE Main results are used to determine admission to B.Tech programmes. I mean it depends on what marks you got in 12th grade and its percentage. Your JEE percentile will be taken as half and boards percentage too they both will be added up to give a score which is taken out of 100. so if you have 60% in JEE and 80% in boards your SASTRA mark is 70/100.
